Lip Augmentation
This procedure suits anyone desiring youthful, fuller lips. As we age, our lips’ volume gradually decreases and the pink or red tone is less visible. Lip augmentation increases lip volume and decreases lip length (allowing more of the pink or red tone to show).
Surgery
A small incision is made at the pink or red part of the lip. Fat, fascia or synthetic material is then inserted through a small tunnel that is created between incisions. The incisions aren’t visible once healing is complete.
Side Effects
- Swelling
- Bruising
- Numbness
