The whole process from start to finish was seamless.

This is my third time going through Restored Beauty Getaways, my third time have surgery in Thailand and also my third time with Dr Piyapas all three times were amazing I couldn’t be more happy with my results. Because I had been before I was tempted to try organising my surgery myself but to be completely honest it’s so much easier going through RGB everything is done and you just have to show up. Back when I was little I was picked on and bullied after my nose got broken, to the point my self esteem was at an ultimate low. I hated the way I looked, and I hated photos even more. Even though with age you care less about other people’s opinions, it’s been something I’ve wanted for myself.

I would highly recommend RBG if you are thinking about going abroad for surgery!
Would like to say thanks to the RBG team for organizing my surgery in Thailand.. I’ve always wanted a Nose Augmentation and I’ve heard very good things about Thailand plastic surgery so I gave it a try.
I thought I may as well have my wisdom teeth extracted while I was over there due to the affordable quote.
I was told my nose surgeon would be Dr Piyapas as I did not request a particular surgeon. Read quite a lot of good reviews online about Dr Piyapas which made me feel a lot better in getting my nose done in Thailand.
Had my wisdom teeth extracted first (the day after we landed) under local anesthesia, orginally I wanted to go general anesthesia but the dentist said it wasn’t worth the extra costs and since my wisdoms have already erupted, it would be a lot quicker to get them out – exactly what I wanted to hear (she wasn’t pushy, spoke really good English and was able to somehow under stand me even with my mouth all numb).
Took less than 30 mins to get all 4 out, plus had them all nicely stitched up in dissolvable stitches. Was then given pain killers, anti-inflammatry/anti-biotics, 2x bottles of mouth wash and cotton mesh re-fills to bite on (if they started bleeding), and she also gave me really good advice on healing, clotting the blood, when I could eat/rinse etc.
Next, was my nose surgery 4 days later, had my consultation with Dr Piyapas earlier.. I didn’t tell him much, just said that I wanted an augmentation only. He measured my nose and told me that the silicone had to made from the measurements of my nose (which is cool as my sister got her nose augmentation done in S.Korea and they gave her pre-made silicone which did not sit on her face properly).I was a bit skeptical about having my surgery so late, especially since most of the group and I were flying out 4 days later. This made me worried in case I had post-surgery questions or worse – complications. But Dr Piyapas assured me that I can always schedule in follow up appointments even on the day before I fly out, as well as email etc.
On the day of my surgery, I was taken into my hospital room, changed into surgery clothes and taken to the operation room. Dr Piyapas told me to relax, and that everything would be fine and that him and his team of nurses will look after me.
When I awoke from my surgery, I was taken into my hospital room – didn’t even walk there, I was lifted onto beds and wheeled in (unlike S.Korea, my sister was escorted to a recovery room (no special treatment) and after 2 hours recovery, was told we could go back to our hotel). I had to stay over night, a nurse would always come in ever 1-2hrs to check my blood pressure and temperature (I was awake til really late as all I kept thinking about was going shopping).The nurses would tell you to press this button if I ever needed anything; anti-nausea, going to the toilet, water, anything. Food would be brought to me for lunch (after surgery), dinner as well as next day breakky (yummy food too).
Post surgery was fine, the only pain I felt were my irritating gums giving me headaches and the urges to bite on something with full force. No pain for my nose AT ALL.. Stitches were all inside my nostril and they were dissolvable, was given usual medication (pain killers, anti-inflammatory, anti-biotics) as well as cotton buds, saline solution, bandages and cream.I could not complain about anything from the trip to Thailand – dentist was GREAT, surgeon was GREAT, result was EXCELLENT, nurses were patient and very caring, after care from surgeon, nurses and hosptal staff were EXCELLENT, and of course, RBG were OUTSTANDING.
Everything from transport to and from the hospital, activities were organized. The hosts Kim & Jess were very supportive and gave great advices to the girls as well as myself.
I could not be happier with my decision to choose RBG, and would highly recommend to everything thinking about going abroad for surgery!
