• Exercise Timeline: Arm and chest muscle exercises can be reintroduced at 8 – 12 weeks. High-impact aerobic activities (jogging, running, jumping) should wait until complete recovery. Your Surgeon will provide personalised advice.
• Pain Management: Pain varies from person to person. Expect mild to moderate discomfort after Breast Augmentation surgery. Pain usually eases after 1 – 2 weeks. Your Surgeon will guide you on pain management and prescribe medication if needed.
