1. Here’s The Deal
For patients’ peace of mind, Restored Beauty Travel Back Assurance offers patients a comprehensive long term commitment for achieving your goals of being beautiful and safe, under the care of experienced physicians. The Assurance program is provided alongside Restored Beauty Getaways, one the world’s Leading and most trusted Medical Tourism Agencies, who are primary providers of premium international Cosmetic & Plastic surgery procedures in Thailand and Bali. Because patients typically are not residing local nor near to their treating physicians (who are typically in Thailand, Indonesia or other locations), our Travel Back Assurance program provides you with the reassurance that if consultation or follow-up care is most appropriate “in person,” patients who qualify will receive travel and accommodation free of charge to attend such in person consultation.
This Policy applies to all patients who voluntarily pay to participate in this cooperative program.
Any Restored Beauty Getaways patient who does not opt to financially contribute to this cooperative program will not be eligible for Restored Beauty Travel Back Assurance benefits.
2. What’s In Scope and Out of Scope
2.1 In Scope- The scope of this policy covers calculation and determination of eligibility for travel and accommodation to attend treating physicians for patients. In scope also includes the funding for such travel and accommodation, typically organised and prepaid for by Restored Beauty. Restored Beauty Getaways physicians and surgeons are all globally recognised, certified and licensed high quality for medical specialists. Restored Beauty Travel Back Assurance travel and accommodation support is offered only when it is deemed necessary to attend the treating doctor, at the treating clinic, for the benefit of our patients.
In Scope also includes privacy and confidentiality of patient medical and health information, and personally identifiable information, when Restored Beauty Travel Back Assurance financial travel and accommodation support is engaged.
2.2 Out of Scope– Routine post operative care is out of scope for this policy. Your post-operative care is just as important for your result as the procedure itself. Your day-one and initial post-operative checks will be performed at the treating clinic, typically in Thailand or Indonesia. Further follow ups will be provided also by the treating physician, and you can return to Australia when it’s safe to do so as determined by your treating doctor.
2.3 Out of Scope includes any perceived, actual or potential automatic ‘entitlement’ for any travel, accommodation or other benefits. The potential offering of Restored Beauty Travel Back Assurance is based upon assumed cooperative acceptance of, and payment of, reasonable and routine fees to make the program financially sustainable and able to pay and administer safely any such travel and accommodation.
3. Roles & Responsibilities
Restored Beauty, or its authorised affiliates, organise the following, based upon the roles and responsibilities below:
3.1 Roles:
3.1.1 Restored Beauty will confirm the patient has paid fees toward the Restored Beauty Travel Back Assurance program.
3.1.2 Restored Beauty will confirm with the treating physician the eligibility and desirability for the patient to access Restored Beauty Travel Back Assurance.
3.1.3 The Treating Physician is responsible for justifying the eligibility and desirability for the patient to access Restored Beauty Travel Back Assurance;
3.1.4 Restored Beauty will calculate the prioritisation, importance and timing of any travel and accommodation, and organise pre-paid travel and accommodation.
3.1.5 The patient has the role of requesting such Restored Beauty Travel Back Assurance, and confirming travel dates and availability.
3.2 Responsibility
3.2.1 Restored Beauty is responsible for Calculations if a patient is eligible. Typical criteria principally include input from the treating physician justifying activation of financial support from Restored Beauty Travel Back Assurance. Other criteria may be applied, and changed for any reason at any time;
3.2.2 Restored Beauty is responsibility for organisation of travel and accommodation and the timing of same.
3.2.3 The eligible patient is responsible for agreeing to travel, and travelling at the time and date as agreed with the treating doctor and the Restored Beauty organisers of any travel back assurance travel and accommodation;
3.2.4 The eligible patient is responsible for any ticket or accommodation or other changes after agreed itinerary.
4. Other Requirements
There are no other requirements. The Restored Beauty Travel Back Assurance program is offered in good faith, on a best efforts basis, whereby patients can cooperatively contribute to fund travel and accommodation as they have the financial wherewithal to do so, and have appropriate input and agreement from the treating physician or clinic that travel overseas is desirable.
This is not a sale nor offering of financial services, this is simply a mechanism for patients seeking travel overseas to collectively contribute so that funds may be made available from time to time when it is deemed appropriate (by the treating physician, the patient, by Restored Beauty collectively) to provide travel and accommodation.
There are no other requirements.
