The trip overall was just excellent. I was SO impressed with the hospital, the staff, the surgeons, the nursing staff and the anaesthesiologist was brilliant. I never felt insecure or worried at any stage of the pre-op or post-op time at the hospital or at the hotel. The homecare nurses were wonderful too. I was given all the information I needed to know about the surgeries, including possible complications, and the surgeon patiently went through the procedures and answered all my questions. The hospital truly is like a 5 star hotel, the level of cleanliness and attention by staff is incredible and the private hospital room was bigger than our hotel room! I just can't believe the level of service in Thailand, it far exceeds Australia. I would fully recommend Bangkok Pattaya Hospital to anyone and everyone. I could not fault the professionalism and standard of care of the staff there. The tummy tuck scar is healing so well, everyone I show it to can't believe how neat and perfect the scar line is! Restored Beauty Getaways took care of every detail, including mini-bus transfer to hotel from Bangkok Airport - all I needed to do was show up at appointment times; and the hotel (Aisawan Resort) they recommended was absolutely lovely.
