The Daily Telegraph reported a massive increase on spending on cosmetic procedures despite the world financial crisis.

Stop-overs in Bangkok
One of the highlights of the travel packages offered by Restored Beauty Getaways and Flight Centre is the stop-over in one of the world's top tourist destinations, Bangkok.
Shopping is always on high on the “to-do” list for Restored Beauty Getaways clients on their way back from Phuket in desperate need of some new accessories to compliment their new looks!
You can get pretty much anything you want in Bangkok from jewellery, ready-made clothing and tailors who can knock-up a suit in 12 hours, silk in every colour imaginable, homewares and copies of just about everything!
If you fancy something a little more comfortable than struggling with the chaos and heat of the streets, there are some swish, air-conditioned malls you must visit the MBK Centre. It is shopper’s paradise with eight floors and more than 2000 shops, 150 eating establishments and a huge cinema complex.
The MBK is an Aladdin's Cave for shoppers, with shops selling clothing, cosmetics, shoes, jewellery, leather goods, accessories, paintings, electronics, toys, luggage and of course, souvenirs.
Other major shopping centres are Siam Square, Siam Centre, Siam Discovery, Siam Paragon.

With the Queensland Medical Tourism Group Tour departing July 2nd, the ladies are starting to have butterflies of both excitement and last minute nerves of this trip that will change their lives.
Queensland’s July trip is fully booked, with a variety of ladies from all over Queensland having a range of procedures from tummy tucks, liposuction, breast reductions, lifts and augmentations, face lifts and cosmetic dentistry.
Claire from RBG Queensland is escorting this tour, and says this group represents such a different mixture of ladies interested in the services offered by Restored Beauty Getaway.
