7 months in the making, all arrangements in hand

The plane ride over, 13 hours of strain
What the hell was I doing, was I really that vein
Who was I trying to convince, or trying to be
By the time we arrived, I was just being me
The pre surgery tests were better than NZ
I even had a remote controlled bed
I asked Dr Piyapas to lipo my tum
He gently replied, you should exercise hun
2 days in hospital, facelift and boobs
I was happy to see the end of those tubes
As a nurse, the comparison was bound to be made
5 star surroundings, the care was A grade
All that stuff that you see on T.V
It’s not reality, there’s pain you see
But mega drugs, prescribed by your Doc
Keep you ok and able to take stock
Back to the resort, superbly arranged
Intimate, easy, not a thing would I change
A sea breeze by the pool, then step out the back
The market place there, with Thai culture intact
Jo was awesome as an agent and a friend
She taught us to barter and how to spend
Despite having surgery, we still got to see
Beaches and buda’s and great shopping sprees
The trip was planned, with surgery in mind
What I got to see, was a world not like mine
The tropical green, a beautiful race
They’re strong and gentle, full of grace
We took in 2 shows, one R18
And Fantasea, was a sight to be seen
Travelled in Tuk-Tuks, the drivers would smile
The bumps made us hold, our breasts for a while!
Phuket doesn’t wake up, before midday
At 6 a.m it’s to bed they say
The lady boys play and dance all night
Boys becoming women, in their own right
If we thought our surgery was major and sore
Think what these boys, have paid and endured
They really are stunning, and work hard to gain
Identity and respect, with years of pain
Time to return, back to my home
Rested, restored, some time alone
To reflect on the changes and directions from here
Only positive planning on that I am clear
I do love my face
I adore my tits
A big healthy tick
